We ate kimbap for lunch at the meditation center few days ago.

This Korean food looks kind of similar to sushi but

there is no vinegar added on its rice so it has very clean and light taste.

You can put anything you want inside.

 pickled radish, ham, cheese, tuna, sesame leaf, spinach and so on.

The way they make kimbap looked interesting so I made a short video out of it.

Thank you Kristine, Michelle and Kenny. :)

It tasted great! I loved it. :)

Whoever had kimbap on the day watch this video,

they could bring up the taste, texture of the food.

However even this kimbap looks the same with the one I had,

it is not real. It is just a film which has copied the real one.

There is no real life inside in the film. Does that make sense?

What about the pictures I have stored inside of me?

Through the five senses of this body, I've been taking pictures

continuously and made up my own mind world.
This picture is the stress and burden itself.

If I live inside of this picture world and when the body dies,

I would just die here forever and that's it.

Since this world I was living in is false world which had copied the real world.
That is why human is incomplete.
Because he is not living in the world which is the true world.

So in Maum Meditation, 

I get rid of this false human mind which is just accumulation of countless pictures

through the method of subtraction.

Subtration!

And when there is no false mind left to subtract,

 only Truth remains.

Now it is the time for human completion

for there is a way.

I met my friend Jade for lunch. 

This is Jade below. Let's just say.

She's pretty but she doesn't let me show her face to some strangers(that's what she said)

on the internet, and I respect her privacy as much as I respect the possibility

that I will get sued by my good old friend for infringement of copyright.

so....

but I still can share a story with you.

She told me about a dream she had.

Jade said;

Hey, I had this weird dream when I was having a nap.

I was in a very deep sleep inside of dream, I know, it sounds bizarre, but that happens right?

I heard the ring so I woke up a little, figured out it was Billy (it's jade's boyfriend), he said

that he's coming in 10 minutes to pick me up. 

So I was still half, no, like three-quarter a sleep but had only 10 minutes to make myself

get ready to go out.

I washed my face, I still couldn't fully wake up, oh God that was horrible,

I wanted to make some coffee but my consciousness wasn't clear enough to do that.

Can you imagine?

I couldn't move my body as my brain wanted it to. I felt so dopey it was like, 

as if I got anaesthetized.

I couldn't really do anything...struggling myself to wake up,

but the body doesn't listen, it was, a type of nightmare really.

but then, somehow, thankfully, I opened my eyes.

Realized, it was a dream.

........

I linked her story to human who is living in a video tape he made.

Thinking that he is living in the world.

.......

Man is dead because he is not one with the eternal mind of the world. He is trapped inside his own mind, within his preconceptions and habits, formed by taking pictures of countless things from his illusionary mind world.

Man continuously makes illusions by putting the world and all that happens in the world inside him. His thoughs, his very ways of thinking, are wrong because he lives inside these illusions. Therefore, his thought that he is alive is also wrong. Anything in the world that is seen from man's perspective is wrong.

...............

Being alive means one has been born in the true world, and being dead means one does not exist in the true world.

Like Jade believed that she was in a real world while she was in a dream.

You never know until you actually wake up from the dream.

So wake up. 

Open your eyes.

Live in the true world.

this book will definitely be always on the list that I keep while I changed from some books to another-,
I found what true love could be.
There it is. Without mind. Without expectations. Gives.



So how can one love another without mind?
Throw away false human mind. Maum Meditation has the key.
